Abstracts
In this paper, I result examine the incompetence of the Chief Executives of Hong Kong. First, I will give a brief review of the execution of the Chief Executives. Then, I will examine the reasons of the incompetence of the Chief Executives from four perspectives, namely, the problematic election method, disarticulation between the Chief Executives and contrastive sectors, the lack of political affiliation and the China factor. Finally, respective recommendations will be made to tackle each of the above problems and in turn improve the performance of the Chief Executives of Hong Kong.
Performance analyse of the Chief Executives
The previous Chief Executive, Mr. Tung Chee Hwa, has been criticized for introducing the 85000 Housing policy, which is regarded as one of the main causes of the collapse of the accommodate commercialize in 2003. Also, his slow response in the SARS possibility has been accused for causing about 300 deaths of Hong Kong people.



Besides his first appearance of the Article 23 of the Basic Law is one of the private road forces of the 1 July Demonstration, where half a million of Hong Kong people went to the road and fought against the government.
