These Nazis were the major leaders of the party and they unforced joined in on these acts, they were non forced to, and they did not refuse. There was four counts that these Nazi leaders were tried for. They accommodate the common design or conspiracy, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and membership in a criminal organization. These crimes committed by the Nazis were specifically direct at people of the Jewish faith, Russians, Poles, and Gypsies.

There were 85 witnesses who testified at the trials. The count that was stressed the most was three, crimes against humanity. The victims of the experiments were mainly the mentally retarded, mentally ill, and people with physical handicaps.
