The negative attitudes in Europe was one of the bigger groups. These people showed no compassion or benevolence to anyone lower then they them selfs. This negativity is shown in document 2 where the Town Council wanted to put the poor in an abandoned city were they do not have to surge with the begging and shrieking children. The Town Council given the atuority to are for the poor and the people of the town. Decided to pay rent for a vitamin B complex where the less fourtonet can spend the night and be cared for.
