I. Thesis, Introduction

i. There be hundreds of different diseases that are generalized into cancer.
approximately of the most well known cancers are Breast, Lung, and Leukemia (Blood, Bone Marrow) cancers.
ii. cancerous cells are cells that have abnormal build upth in the body. The cells are cancerous when there desoxyribonucleic acid is damaged just the DNA isnt repaired by the cell and the cell doesnt slide by but instead continues to grow. This means that the cells continue to divide and grow uncontrollably cause tumors.
iii. Cancers cells can invade other tissues, bring on new tumors, and move throughout the body if not aright treated, this is referred to as metastasis.



This is broad and general but cancer moves throughout the body by either blood cells or lymph vessels and can create new tumors in the lymph nodes in the body. Cancer in the lymph nodes in the body also increases the chance for the person to develop cancer again.
iv. Tumors created by cancer cells that cant spread are called Benign tumors because they cant invade or move through the body. These can palliate cause problems but they can be removed and arent usually life threatening if found.
v. Even if Cancer moves throughout the body it is still called by where it originated for treatments sake. The type of cancer that a person whitethorn have depends on how it grows, behaves, and the treatment.
